Thanks for the questions! I also did do some talking about what's been going on with me and my life and my struggles because I genuinely feel that sometimes you just gotta get those things off your chest. But rest assured, I made sure to ask the questions first so that if you don't want to hear all of me talking about myself, you don't have to lol.

Definitely not alone there, Executive Disfunction has interfered with my life more times than I can count. I hope things start to climb upwards for you again soon, K. ❤️

i struggle with executive dysfunction too, and the way i phrase it is that it's like there's a brick wall in front of me. it's not impossible to get past it once. you can find a way around the brick wall, or even smash through it. but doing it multiple times every day is exhausting, and eventually you just get overwhelmed. you just want a single day of rest. one day without any brick walls. and that never comes. it sucks. i'm sorry you have to go through it, and i hope your medication continues to help you improve. also, for the record, i know the "i feel guilty for not appreciating things enough" feeling very well. this is a perspective i use. it might sound ridiculous at first, but hear me out. a lot of people would love to be taylor swift. she has so many privileges and lives many people's dreams. but when i hear about the fact that someone hated her so much that he showed up to her house with a gun, i still feel bad for her. i notice the trauma things like that give her. i've watched clips of her crying over that, and it does make me feel for her. because no matter how many good things are in our lives, the way we perceive things is always going to be subjective. all of the money in the world won't make an experience like that any less painful, no matter how much others want that money or that fame. either way, i hope things get better. i think you can get through this. take care.
