~Posting Schedule~
Added 2022-09-18 18:07:12 +0000 UTCAs hopefully most of you notice, I do try to post on a fairly regular schedule on Patreon simply because I want my patrons to have a consistent flow of content from me. I recently lessened my workload because I was burning myself out working so much and the stress of meeting all of the deadlines.
And as some of you might not know, I have ADHD and Chronic Headaches.
Basically I'm making this post because the posting schedule for this month is probably going to be less regular. I'm having a hard time right now with working and I'm trying my best to get things done but not burn myself out and/or make bad content, while also giving myself some grace.
I think with the changing of the seasons its affecting my chronic pain, which in turn affects my ADHD. It literally took me until a couple of weeks ago to realize that of course my chronic headaches affect my ADHD because the chronic pain is also where the ADHD is. It's a unique position that I'm in, and I'm trying to be kinder to myself when I'm having a harder time. Mental health is an ever fluctuating thing. Some weeks or months or however long will be harder, and I'm having a harder time of it right now, and that's ok.
I'm going to get all of the content out that I need to this month, it just might not be on the more rigid schedule that I normally have it on. And as I'm typing this I realize that this is my ADHD over explaining things and not wanting to be misunderstood lol. I just want people to know that I am working on things, and that content will be coming out, and that I'm not just taking people's money and running.
I really appreciate everyone's kindness and patience with me, and the well wishes. They mean a lot to me, and I'm very thankful for having supporters that want me to take care of myself above everything. So thank you very much.

It’s been said many times, but once again, take care of yourself first! As an aside, thank you for your words, they reminded me to be kind to myself too, as a fellow spoonie whose chronic pain is also having a field day with the changing of the seasons (so not productive these days… but maybe it’s okay and it’ll get better eventually).
