What I didn't mention in my recommendation for this is kylie performed this for the first time at a charity event as an impromptu encore that she was attending with the rest of the cast from the Australian soap Neighbours, this then led to a recording contract with Mushroom Records. It was released in Australia as "Locomotion" The success of the song in Australia then led to her flying to the UK to meet with PWL, when it was released in Worldwide, it was released as "The Loco-motion"
