2025-03-13 16:57:09 +0000 UTCI’ve seen quotes that say something along the lines of, “when you see someone crying over Taylor Swift, it’s because her music healed something in them.” I couldn’t agree more. TTPD changed me. It helped me process and let go of things that I’ve been holding onto for 20 years. I’ve never had an artist make me emotional like she does. I went through my Taylor journey, like what you’re doing now, last year. At one point I asked my husband if I was going crazy, half joking, because I was just so emotional listening to her music and becoming so enamored. I get a little emotional just seeing her now. It’s wild. Thankful we have the world of Taylor Swift to escape into during these dark times.

TTPD is like a bookend to a series that is everything she’s experienced and written about. It’s clear in the Manuscript that she is closing ALL of those chapters and moving on with her life with a fresh page.

My mental health has been doing a lot worse because of anxiety about what is going on and it helps to hear you speak so openly about it. Most YouTubers are too scared to say much so they don’t lose views I have a masters degree in nursing and spent most of Covid arguing with people I went to school with who failed high school biology about why Dr Fauci’s recommendations should be followed. The man was literally probably the most qualified person to help us through that time. People seem to think Covid has magically disappeared too but there are stills ups and downs with cases but because of the work of medical professionals it’s controlled better. There is a theory called the Dunning-Kruger effect that essentially says people with less knowledge about a subject are more likely to overestimate how much knowledge they have.

That’s why it’s unusual for us to hear Taylor confirm what specific parts of songs mean or who they are about because it lets us relate it to our live story. I love hearing how different people feel about an artists work. I always watch or listen alone initially to get how I feel then look into different theories. Long story short I love hearing how you interpret things

When I was an ICU nurse at a decently sized hospital we had only 2 negative pressure rooms which are needed to try to contain TB. We would have one or two cases a year but it was fairly easy to treat but now with us no longer in WHO and CDC funding cut it’s gonna be a nightmare. The 4 Republican congressmen who are DOCTORS and still voted to confirm RFK Jr should lose their licenses. When Mitch McConnell is the only republican to vote against it is a sad sight

I think I was able to catch onto this interpretation because of how vulnerable/personal she is in her music. It also helps that she believes the visual is important. So seeing her swim to the piano in the swell of the ocean just made me think of it as a life raft. Watching Long Pond and finding out the meaning of the song made it resonate deeper. She really cares about the words and melodies she puts out there. And yeah she's gorgeous haha 💙

With that interpretation, Betty knows that James’ love maybe isn’t the best for her and that he’ll move on to the next thing once he finds it, but she settles because he’s who she wants. He puts her on, knows that she’ll wait for him even when he’s with other girls, but she’s okay with it because she’s “his favorite”

I believe this one dropped shortly after or with the mv! The official ones are highly sought after as she only makes a certain amount and they sell out incredibly fast. I've only ever been able to snag one and it's the Lover cardigan🩷 I interpret the video essentially the exact same as you which is crazy for you as a new Swiftie; to be on this level of understanding her deep meanings in her music and visual representation of it.. amazing🤯 Also yes, she is BEAUTIFUL. Like goddess level perfection🥰
