ARTPOP is one of my favorite albums. The whole concept was to put your art before anything else. She inspired so many to just create for the sake of creating. Beautiful.

Quick Disclaimer in case you are easily squeamish/put off: Her performance of the song Swine during SXSW was a bit controversial but she purposefully made it “disgusting” bc she wanted the industry/others to feel the disgust and anger that she felt after being abused by higher ups in the industry. You’ve been warned 😅

Maybe that’s your personal opinion, which is totally valid, but Juke is looking to deep dive through an era as & when it happened, that’s how the artist intended you to dive into that experience.

I love this reaction so much. I cried with you. Btw yes the fans always throw toys and stuff on the stage, it's like our thing. During her concerts she even reads letters that fans throw on the stage and she even invites them to go onstage with her during songs and she even brings them backstage. She never fakes anything. She's REAL. The injury was during the "Born this way ball" when she broke her hip. She had to have surgery and she had to cancel the rest of the tour. And yes, unfortunately the speech she gave before "swine" was personal. When she was 19 years old she was r*ped repeatedly by a producer (20 years older than her) and left pregnant. She tried for years to forget that trauma and tried to cover up the pain with alcool and drugs, but not dealing with it made the mental and physical consequences worst. She developed PTSD, depression and fibromyalgia. It's a trauma response. But it's really amazing to see that even after what she's been through she still has the ability to love people and always tries to inspire others to love themselves and always stands up for people who need it. She has a huge heart. She's really special. Behind all the theatrics there's a kind, warm and sweet person. AND thank you so much again for these amazing reactions. You're an amazing person too with a big heart. And as a bisexual girl, I rewinded a few times for both you and Gaga. I understand the struggle. Wow, I love it here ahaha

that’s true but it kinda made the album listening experience less exciting when it eventually came out cuz we already knew half of the songs. also i think the demos are superior to what was released. But it’s understandable

Watching this as a confused 13 year old gay boy with a troubling home life (at the time) was a life changing experience. It was my first true exposure to Gaga, and ultimately what made me a fan. It was such an escape, and I vividly remember wanting to be her. I can't wait to rave with you as you listen to the album! 🎉 omg first using the word campy, and now commenting on the lace of her wig being undetectable?? how slay of you! 💅 I’m impressed! Danny, I'll never judge you for rewinding to look at Gaga's ass and barking and whatnot bc I won't sit here and act like I don't objectify you too. 😂 Definitely wasn't distracted by the part where you stood up to stretch... nope didn't enjoy that at all 😅

Chronologically, that’s not how Gaga wanted her fans to hear it. The iTunes festival came before the album release, this was the first glimpse fans received of what the conception of ARTPOP was.
