One of the main pieces of foliage that folks around the world associate with the Holidays, Holly is believed to represent peace and goodwill. But be careful, most of the parts of this resilient little plant is poisonous to humans and animals! It's also resistant to lightening! So this month will pay homage and reference this bright, lovely, and dangerous vegetation.
