It is believed this video was filmed by someone working on the production.

Michael Arden's vision for Merrily We Roll Along is very intersting. It was originally rumored that Arden wanted different actors to play the lead trio in different scenes but Sondheim shot down the idea.

Arden is one of my favorite directors and gives a very intersting take on Sondheim that leaves me wanted to see Arden take on another of Stephen's works.
