EXACTLY ONE MONTH!!!
Added 2020-09-15 21:29:15 +0000 UTCOMG I CANT BELIEVE IT! In exactly one month from today Ill be moving into my first home! AGHAHAHAAH Its crazy I started saving for a house almost 8 years ago!! (before i even started cosplaying) This is an absolute dream come true!
I want to thank you all for your patience while these last few months have been kinda crazy! Between COVID, Buying a house and my sisters weeding its been absolutely nuts! (UPDATE ON THAT) my Twin sister gets married on Thursday! She actually had to move the wedding date twice due to COVID and the California Wildfires! Soooo shes been stressing like crazy, and that has been stressing me out ahh!!
Anyways Back to the house I would love to get some advice from everyone. Im a little nervous to become a homeowner I feel like its a lot of responsibility!! Soo any and all advice would be awesome!
Im also making a Home wish list for things that I think I want of the house! Im not buying any of it now because I dont want anything affecting my credit score before I close on the house! So im not 100% not ready just playing it smart!
Anyways would love your advice & Thank you all again so much!

2020-09-22 23:24:34 +0000 UTCWell, some of the easier things to keep in mind are: remember to change your fire alarm batteries every 6-9 months, keep a fire extinguisher handy in fire-prone areas like the kitchen or workshop, keep an eye on the temperatures to know when you should switch off your sprinklers, and that there's no harm in putting out the garbage the night before pick-up to free up your morning.
