Thank you for supporting ImageGlass. As announced in this post: https://www.patreon.com/posts/imageglass-8-3-59753353, ImageGlass has been available on Microsoft Store since version 8.3. After the first Store release for testing, I'm now offering the free download for ImageGlass donors, who have donated 10 USD or more since December 1st, 2021.
