patreon's future ( fanbox + subscribestar )
Added 2020-08-01 00:26:05 +0000 UTCI don't make many text posts but... there has been a lot of concern regarding the patreon business model + other nsfw art patreons getting taken down (without notice).
So as a precaution I have started a fanbox and subscribestar and will be simultaneously updating between patreon and fanbox + subscribestar.
Considering that this is one of my main sources of income, I am definitely a bit hesitant to shut down, but if enough people move, I will likely do so (with a notice beforehand, or if patreon self destructs first)
Also, I will be updating my model of tiers:
$5 will be the same as always
$15 will be the sketch preview ( not request sketches, that will be shared with $5 tier, but I will post all my rough work) I am unsure if I will continue every 2 month sketches unless I change to be prompted by the requester. I will include more things perhaps, maybe polls?
$30 will be the same sketch per month or colored sketch per 2 months.
right now, fanbox has a bit more of a restriction with censoring + conversion to JPY, so posts will have to be downloaded, but I do not think subscribestar has that restriction, so pick what you think is best! I am also probably likely to try a few new things as well.
