✨"HIGHLIGHT OF THE YEAR"✨ SKIN FROST (Glowing Highlighter!)

I've been wanting to release a new and improved version for a long time now and its certainly the highlight of the year for me to be able to release these before it ends!
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY:
- Included in this collection are 21 shades ranging from Silver, Gold, Pinks, Lavender and even Green (if you're into that!).
- The highlighter can appear natural or beaming depending on what skin details your sim is wearing
(Check out the CAS videos linked below to see the difference!)
- The highlighter can found in the "TATTOOS" section of the games catalog. I specifically place them there so that they will work with all of your other makeup
- There is an HQ and Non HQ version and its very important that you only have the correct version installed. Please do not put both package files in your mods or they will not function properly!
