Character recommendation notice
Added 2022-01-19 06:42:53 +0000 UTCI decided to include OC in the TIER5 character recommendation this month.
This is a pilot test only this month, and I will see and decide whether to still keep it or not.
There are so many characters on the list now(35 over), and OC will not receive many votes compared to famous characters, so it may have to maintain a very long period of time
So, read the rules and make a decision carefully .
The deadline is the around of 22th this month and voting will begin later.

* OC recommended this month can continue to be recommended until the character wins.
* Cannot recommend a new OC after the OC recommendation period is over.
If the character fails to win the poll and participates in the next poll again, That character gets 10 extra points.
For example, if a character who was recommended twice but was not selected participates in the next poll again, that character will have 20 points added to the final vote count.
Characters who win the poll cannot be recommended again that year.
