Photostudy and Big Shinanigans

It was suggested by another artist as an exercise for me to improve. Here is the photo in question I will work on it a tad bit more, to learn the most I can out of the photo. After that, I will do some Beeg Tifa Fanart with it! The second image attached is a test of what I've been thinking.
