Radiant Star: Overture 0.1.9a Update

Following the discussions from a little while back on the future of the game's development. Project Oasis is now Radiant Star: Overture and it's available free for everyone to play.
The game's development is still supported by Donations, mainly from Patreons. So if you like the game and wish to help, consider becoming a Patreon. If you lack the means, share the word about the game. Sharing is caring and it helps too.
Changes
- Map Updates and polish.
- The force field effect was changed.
- A dialog system and some small dialog scenes were added.
- Mercenary Hunt was ported to the new map.
For game Information, including inputs, check the Live Manual. I made a mistake before with the live manual sharing options on Google Docs but it should be accessible now.
