v3.118.01
- ✨New RIFE model: [v4.17-lite], compared to the previous Lite model, it can generate more stable frames.
- ✨Additional options for quick Image resize and compress:
- [Do not upscale]: If images resolution is lower then the Custom resolution, they will only be converted(compressed).
- [Ignore scale ratio]: Always ignore scale ratio settings when using [Convert format ONLY (Static Images)].
- [Skip if not smaller]: Converted image will be deleted if its file size is not smaller than the original. The original image will be copied to output folder instead.
- [Skip low resolution images]: When [Convert format ONLY (Static Images)] and [Resize] is enabled, only process images when their resolution is higher then Custom resolution.
- ✅Fix bug: [keep aspect ratio by expanding] not working properly when upscaling images.

I will check task manager doesn't show much usage of the gpu or cpu. Will there ever be a dark mode? Where the U.I is a darker colour?
