[Patch] Fix and improvements related to [Pre-processing Boost]
Added 2021-10-06 09:32:02 +0000 UTC⚠You must fully installed v3.83.01 before install this Patch.
This patch includes following improvements:
- Improve video quality.
- Improve video conversion speed.
- Reduce space usage.
- Fix bug: In some situations, video stream will become shorter when [Pre-processing Boost] enabled.
- Fix UI issues.

Okay, there is definitely some problems with bitrate control in the latest beta, I am working on it right now

2021-10-23 05:45:43 +0000 UTCIt could be the original video is a variable frame rate video and it was not processed by segment, so the result video is much smaller. OR, my changes in the latest beta some how make the video more compressed.
