Raff would become a stay at home dad after kid 2, but likes to keep it spicy for his wife who works a LOT, Birdie could get someone at the house at 3 am in need of help and she does it. He sometimes goes to help others with his expertise which is usually like a work trip here he sits and cries because he misses his wife and kids a lot. Raff def wouldn’t let ANYONE take care of the kids at first, too anxious something will happen and he’ll miss them etc, but after the second kid who is a handful, he is like YEAH HERE BYE HAVE FUN!!!! So he can take his wife out on a date which probably is just brushing her hair and then she feeds him a pint icecream and they sleep for 2 days
