I like the increased detail depth the shadows in the older/first image give, though I see the problem with the shadows on Lucy's face that you mean, where they cut off. I do like the higher saturation on the newer/second image, though. Maybe something between those two would be good. Any way you could show us a sample of the older style with the newer shadows?

2023-01-23 22:46:07 +0000 UTCI agree the old style is better. You can probably add a little bit more brightness and detail if you want, but i don't think you should overpower it like in the second image.
