He has a version of Pinocchio attached to his back whose wooden limbs can stretch out allowing him incredible reach. He likes nothing more than to trap people as his little marionettes in his demented workshop. Thought I've not done encasement in a while so here's Red Wolf encased in encahnted wooden shells, helpless to Ottepeg the puppetmaster's control.
