Refunds + Tier Issues!

I'm still suffering the effects of last month with the big changes to tiers and pledges. There was a huge issue where anyone subbed to those deleted tiers (none of them rolled over as titles and pricing was changed) those subbed are still being charged the amount of that old tier. They are NOT assigned to a tier, not recieve any benefits.
Please make sure you check your pledge! I have gone through and refunded everyone that is listed as 'no tier' but being charged those old tier amounts.
I cannot change this for you unfortunately, So I please ask that you double check your subs and adjust accordingly!

I had a pledge I couldn't find for another creator. He blocked and unblocked that account and it removed me from paying. Might be an option if people haven't changed by some deadline for you 🥰
