2024 Q1 Roadmap & Thoughts

Just want to share with you guys what I've planned for 2024 Q1/Q2. As I mentioned before, I like to work on multiple projects in tandem, and right now I have 4 big scenes in process (ranging from 10%-70% completion). 

Here is a summary of what I am working on:

- An office scene (about 50% complete)

- A major update to the Raining Night scene (v2.0), doubling the animation and adding Camera (65%）

- A hotel (Business Trip NTR) scene, I have conflicting feelings about this one because so far the quality isn't as good as I wanted. I kind of get bored working on this. So we will see where it goes. I was mostly using this scene to practice POV/drunken effect. I want to present this scene from a boyfriend POV way.

- An awesome Club NTR scene inspired by LutherSlade's Club Night!! I've already spent more than 50 hours on this one but it's in a very early stage. I am planning to do a full POV with story for this one. This is the one I'm most excited about!! (20% complete)

- A bus scene that I started a couple of weeks ago. I will talk about this one in more detail. (5%）

Those are the "Big" scenes, I also plan to make some short dance scenes in between.

=== Quality vs Quantity ===

I take pride in my work. My standard for quality is very simple - I should be able to fap to it myself :) That being said, the scenes mentioned above all take a tremendous amount of work. Unfortunately, I realized I can't have a scene done every two weeks. 

So here is my plan going forward:

Phase 1: while working on bigger scenes, also work on small ones in between so I can still give you guys something at least every two weeks.

Phase 2: Switch to a chapter model. I will test this out with that bus scene I mentioned above. I prefer bigger and story-driven scenes, but those take too long to make. So I think the best way is to release those scenes in chapters. This way, I can make sure you guys get new stuff to play with regularly, and I can keep expanding the scene/story. I am planning to break the bus scene into 2-3 episodes, each episode will include everything from the prior one and expand on it. I am also testing to see if I can make the scene more interactive (like a game). Still learning on that thou.
