[Slot-In Session] A Midsummer Night's Freeze

Hi all, welcome pack to another slot-in session. This one is a level 3 oneshot for 4-6 players! Here's a little description:

In the midst of a summer festival, a magical cold snap has descended upon the fishing town of Herringbone. Researchers from the Nyadmir Institute of Magical Technology were investigating mysterious spell circles left by the rogue mage, Kalie Strauss. However, they were tricked by Kalie’s abandoned familiar, an Ice Mephit named Sickle, into opening a portal to the Plane of Frost. The human researchers were all frozen, leaving behind a planar gash leaking eternal winter out into the mortal world.
