Taylor Made Update & Page Design Poll

Hi everyone!

Quick update on Taylor Made: I'm on track for a release tomorrow, but it will only include the expanded Chapter 2. I was too ambitious with my timeline, but I've added significant story content and new artwork to this version that I'm really excited to share with you. 😊

Chapter 3 is already written and will be released in early May, with Chapter 4 following later in the month.

I also wanted to get your feedback on formatting choices. For this project, I've used colored dialogue (unlike Anywhere but Boring and Fertility Rites) and implemented a black background to create a "dark mode" effect.

But is that easy to read? Since your opinions matter most, I've created different versions, and I'd love to hear what you think about these formatting choices.

Which do you like best?

Option 1 (Original) - Black background, white text, colored dialogue:

Option 2 - Pale yellow background, black text, colored dialogue:

Option 3 - Black background, gray text, no colored dialogue

Option 4 - Black background, gray text, softer dialogue colors

Thank you for the feedback, Singular. I'm so sorry your vision has been hurt... I'll try to find a way everyone can read the story comfortably!

My eyes are old, and my vision damaged, they are also very very light sensitive. I prefer the original but I know Im an anomaly. Gotta love the blue eyes that are more adapted to the dark of night than the light of day. Stepping out on a normal sunny day like we had in Chicagoland today was blinding for me, with after images once I got inside. This is why I love polarized sunglasses, they help a lot.

Thank you, Gemma!

Option 2, the pale yellow background. The different colours also further help identify different characters. Also, as I have found in previous stories the changes in colour, such as when characters dialogue changed from dark to pink and other pastel colours, helped highlight shifts from masculine registrar in voice to more feminine tones.
