New enemies added:
Astr Potatoes (Meiana, Meia)
Astr Idols (Seinneia, Rinneia)
Astr Mions (Mionrainn, Miongardi, Mionion)
Astr Guardians (Rainareia, Hildegarde)
Astr Iyovine (Iyovine, Sword, Cross)
New areas added:
Light Garden A
Light Garden B
Light Garden C
General Changes:
- Noa now starts with additional skills Black Watch Regeneration and Glass Eye Artifact
- Black Watch Regeneration is a full restore skill that activates at the end of a turn, reducing the need to go into the item menu to recover HP/SP
- Glass Eye Artifact allows Noa to identify enemy actions, turn order, and resistances
- Sagi now comes with Sagi Concentration! which increases her Max HP and Power by 1.25x for the duration of the entire battle
- Yselle's Flight now regenerates 25% HP and 25 SP per turn
- Adjustments to redundant buffs and debuffs
- Commands list reduced to [Basic Attack], [Skills], and [Items]
The Astr family can be fought in the Underground. Only 3 of the 6 battles must be fought in order to progress, ending with Iyovine as a mandatory boss battle. Their primary gimmick is a buff that fully recovers their HP upon taking fatal damage, which is to say they cannot be killed with conventional strategy.
The Light Garden is the final area in the game, consisting of 3 navigation puzzles which are slightly modified versions of previous puzzles. Each puzzle area is divided into 3 segments, starting as a basic tutorial, and becoming increasingly abstract with each segment, concluding with a short boss. A special kind of hell that confuses even me, because it's currently buggy and spaghettified beyond my own comprehension, while still somehow being solvable.
Major build release changed from April 17 to May 5. "Major Build" is now "Content Complete Beta Testing Build" due to the increased pace of development. The core game should be done or extremely close to finished by May 5. After that, it's nothing but polish (animation, music, sound effects, balance, etc.) and debugging until release.
