We were introduced to Brooke in Jack & Jill - Phase 8, Part 23 where she was looking after Jill's father. We know she's friends (with benefits) of Ava, who we met in Jack & Jill - Phase 8, Part 24, and we know her name used to be Paul.

But who was Paul before he was brought to Clinic 12? That's for you to decide!
