Writing this episode was so interesting. We really get to delve into Nikki's thoughts and even a bit of more backstory for her.
My favorite image is page 4 because I'm a sucker for POV shots -- and then page 11 because I'm a softie.
A bit of a warning: There is some nasty, bigoted language in this episode... Because some people suck. 🙁
As always, I absolutely can't wait to hear your thoughts!
P.S. As may be obvious by the ending, I fibbed that we're switching back to Sofia for the next episode. Nikki has one (or maybe two) more.

Sometimes I forget myself and treat it like documentary footage... I always write every comment here with wet eyes... What can I say, you know how sensitive I am ;) (don't get me wrong, I have it in the back of my head that it's just a well-ordered series of ones and zeros, but still, it's so realistic). OK I'm late again and as always read all comments before writing mine... I love you all... this story is really closer & closer to my heart with every page read. I want to tell you all couple things... some of them will be very personal, some of them will be strong so keep in mind I warned you ;) First. My favorite page is obviously 17... Nikki has something in her situation that I will never have. Support for her "newborn" daughter that she never had before. Second. I have been bullied my entire school life. For reasons completely opposite of Nikki's. I was always overweight... have to this day. It always hits me when I hear an adult bully confess that what happened at school was just silly fun... I say a definite NO to such bullshit. My policy is no mercy for such people. The action takes place in Texas, right? Recently, there was a transgender scandal because of some politician. I do not want to go into details, but I know that Texas is known for the fact that almost everyone (if not everyone) carries a personal weapon. So I ask politely where the heck is Nikki's thigh holster that she has a Colt or Smith & Wesson in? Maybe Tarzan didn't like firearms (great story, by the way), but I find it hard to believe that [former] Texas' top quarterback doesn't like firearms ;) And I also believe that it makes no difference whether the gun is owned by a man or a woman. I have an idea, a suggestion for you Emory... maybe you will like it ;) The idea is for a pinup session and/or to be placed later in the story. I would be in heaven if I saw Nikki doing cosplay of some tough chicks... For example, Tomb Raider, of course, and then there are stars like Sarah Connor, Sergeant Ellen Ripley, Rita Vrataski aka the killer Angel of Verdun (Emily Blunt from the movie Edge of Tomorrow) etc. How do I see this in the story? Simple... A competition at school somewhere around chapter say 36 ;) WOW I didn't expect this post to come out so long. Kisses to everyone who persevered to the end.

Used to defending his people! Has a trans niece whom he seems very close to. Everything that Nicholas isn't, in many ways. Nick would learn from the human just by being in his presence
