Athena's Helmet WIP - Process/Tuto
Added 2025-03-30 07:57:22 +0000 UTCWhen I started this project, I had a clear image in mind. She had to get a blue crest and I wouldn't change my mind for anything. 
So first, I got the helmet.
It's a plastic one I got on the web and in cardboard, I cut the form I wanted for the crest.
The feathers were too long so I've cut it all in half and I glued the carboad and painted it blue so it matches the feathers.
Then I painted the helmet with gold acrylic spray paint
Once it dried I started to glue the feathers on each side with hot glue. And as you can see, I had to cut the the carboard part a lot because It would stab my back and I couldn't raise my head π«‘
Also...I didn't had enough feathers !!
