Extra Edition: Cheating 1 [Takuya's POV]
Added 2025-08-18 03:06:09 +0000 UTCThis is the story of Takuya and Mina before they meet Yu and the others in episode 139.
It wasn't intentional that Takuya and Mina were the last ones to stay that day; it was just a coincidence.
Club activities on holidays. I've experienced that many times. I sometimes wish I could just play on my days off, but I'm happy to be able to meet my soccer club friends, and playing soccer is fun.
The coach was absent in the afternoon, so practice, which usually lasts until the evening, ended in the morning. If we had heard about this the day before, we could have made plans, but the coach's business was urgent, and we were only informed of it when the team members gathered this morning.
This meant it was impossible to make plans to hang out with friends in the afternoon.
Still, going out with his club mates was a perfectly viable option. In fact, several of them were about to go out, and Takuya had been invited as well. However, he hadn't been able to move as well as he'd hoped during the intrasquad game, and he still felt somewhat unsatisfied, so he declined, saying he'd stay behind to practice on his own.
We had a break and lunch at the same time, and were about to start practicing on our own.
"Mina?"
I thought for sure that all the team members had gone home, but the manager, Mina, was still at the soccer field.
"What are you doing here?"
"Um, Takuya-senpai... No, my friend was hard to catch..."
Mina flashed the smartphone she was holding to Takuya. It appeared to be a LINE screen. Mina had sent a few messages, but the other person hadn't responded yet.
"Well, it would be a bit awkward if someone asked me to hang out on the day itself."
"That's right...or rather, what happened to Takuya-senpai? The others said they were going to karaoke."
"Yeah, I was just thinking about practicing a bit..."
He said, looking at Mina.
Our relationship isn't so weak that I can just leave Mina alone when she seems to be in trouble. Since she doesn't absolutely have to practice on her own, I thought it would be a good idea to talk to her until she finds a friend to play with.
"Shall we talk for a bit? I'm sure you'll get a reply in the meantime."
"Is that okay?"
Mina, who has feelings for Takuya, is happy to hear those words, but she feels hesitant because she feels like she is taking up Takuya's time.
"Don't worry about it. I only just decided to practice on my own, so it's not like I really want to do it."
"Well then, I'm sorry. I'll take you up on your offer."
Takuya and Mina sit on a bench next to the soccer field.
What followed was a trivial conversation.
They complain about how they wish they had known earlier that today's practice would only be in the morning, talk about typical student studying, talk about celebrities who were on TV yesterday, and their favorite YouTubers.
--and.
"I haven't received a reply yet..."
An hour had already passed since Takuya and Mina had started talking, but there was no indication that it had been read, and only the message Mina had sent was displayed sadly.
"Maybe they were so engrossed in playing that they didn't notice."
Mina smiles a little sadly.
"Well, there are days like that. I recently got a response from Yui too... No, sorry. Sorry."
The moment Mina heard the word Yui, a sad look appeared on her face.
Takuya regretted that he should have simply told Mina that sometimes her friends take a long time to respond to him, and that she shouldn't worry about it. He had asked Mina how she felt during the school festival.
"No, I'm asking you to do something unreasonable..."
At the school festival, they ended up just kissing, and since then, there's been no action from either of them.
(Yui and Mina...)
As the conversation continued, Takuya remembered something from the school festival, and his thoughts drifted back to the two beautiful girls.
Comparing their appearances, Yui is known as an angel, and is calm and cute, with a quiet and pure look. In contrast, Mina has the look of a modern high school girl. She wears makeup to highlight her beautiful appearance, which she is surely aware of.
And move your gaze downwards.
Mina is smaller than Yui and her breasts are a little smaller. However, they have some similarities. If you just look at her through her clothes, she is slim. However, Yui has a toned body that she exercises regularly, while Mina is slim as a result of dieting.
For Takuya, who is also an athlete, the difference was obvious just by looking.
However, thanks to that, her thighs, visible from under her miniskirt, look soft, which is something that men would say is popular with her. Despite being out in the field a lot as a manager, she doesn't seem to neglect her skin, which is spotlessly beautiful.
Her breasts are modest compared to Yui's, but other than that there is not much difference in their body shape.
Yui is obviously better looking, but Mina is by no means bad either. Also, at school, Yui doesn't try to show off her good looks, perhaps because she wants to be a student rather than an actress. In fact, it seems like she tries to hide them. On the other hand, Mina wears heavy makeup to show off her confident looks.
Quiet beauty and flashy beauty.
Even if the two are exactly the same level, the latter stands out more and is therefore perceived as more beautiful by many. Of course, compared to Yui, who is active as an actress, there is a world of difference.
"Um...Takuya-senpai?"
Takuya's gaze is obvious and he doesn't try to hide it. Although he feels embarrassed, he doesn't try to run away from it, but it still bothers him.
The beautiful girl in front of him called his name with such fondness. At least that's how Takuya felt.
"…………"
His gaze, which had been directed at her appraisingly, moved from her mouth to her eyes.
"S-senpai...??"
Mina looks embarrassed as she makes firm eye contact.
Takuya sees Mina as adorable. A beautiful girl he can touch, rather than a girl he can't touch.
That's how Takuya felt right now.
"...Hmm."
He brings his face closer to Mina's beautiful eyes, as if drawn into them, and then steals her lips.
A kiss that just touches each other.
After their lips met for a few seconds, Mina pushed Takuya away with both hands as if to reject him.
"That's fine. You didn't like it, suddenly."
"That's not true... Well, it can be seen from all over the place... That's not good, Takuya-senpai."
Mina's face turned red as she looked around.
Today is a holiday, so there are few students, but still, members of sports clubs, such as the soccer club, are there to practice. Because Takuya is dating Yui, he cannot allow anyone to see them kissing.
That was the reason why Mina stopped kissing him.
"Well then, as long as it's somewhere that can't be seen, is that okay?"
"Hmm... I see. If it's somewhere where there aren't many people."
Mina doesn't seem completely opposed.
With that expression on his face, Takuya, who hadn't seen her in a while, couldn't resist.
