Thanks for reacting to this series, I could relate a lot from your reaction especially for Kin character, and VegasPete. Anyway, have you plan another bl drama to watch? I would like to recommend The Next Prince. The visual is stunning, with interesting plot to unfold, and the chemistry of the main couple is a chef kiss (well, they are a real couple, so iykyk). After KinnPorsche with heavy issue, I think it will be better to watch something lighter so you can enjoy many aspects beside the conflict haha. P.S Looking forward to your reaction to Jeff Satur's music ^^

Another out-of-the-ordinary BL I can recommend is Dead Friend Forever (Barcode acts in that one) and 4 Minutes (Bible is in it). There's also a BL movie starring Jeff Satur called Paradise of Torns—it's on Netflix.

I have read all the other comments and theories that other people left, so I don't have much to add onto them, as I agree with most of them. Therefore, I would like to give you a suggestion for your next BL. Maybe try something cute next time, like "Cutie Pie." It's a really fun rom-com-type BL. There is not much darkness in there. It's like a regular romcom with a little bit of angst. Or you could try "The Next Prince," but it's ongoing rn.

From what I remember from VegasPete’s book, Porsche is not in charge of the minor family. Porsche is with Kinn, and they run the major family. KimPorchay continues with their relationship. Vegas’s love for Pete is very obsessive/possessive. The only other person he cares for, is his little brother Macau. But Pete is so loyal to the major family, he’ll help them with anything. So the major family kind of manipulates Vegas into staying and being in charge of the minor family, by using Pete. Pete is trusted and loved by the major family, and has total control over Vegas. Plus Vegas was a good leader for the minor family, and without his dad’s influence, the major family is ok with him. They can use Pete to influence his decisions and make sure he stays in check.

I had never heard of KinnPorsche or any of these actors until Jeff decided to watch the series. I am aware of the BL Genre and in the past tried to watch one or two, but couldn't get into them. I was curious how this one would be and I'm glad I gave it a go. I liked the idea of a mafioso background, something dark and mature. I knew there would be some toxicity involved because of the theme and I was ok with that to a certain extent. I, also, knew that I had to "suspend disbelief" quite a bit in order to enjoy this fantasy because logic and understanding are thrown out the door with the many of the character's actions or lack thereof. While we were waiting for Jeff to get well, when he was sick, I decided to do some research into KinnPorcsheTS. I wanted to see what was going on before, during and after this series had aired. I went a head and binged watch it on my own(I still watched it here, because I enjoy hearing Jeff's thoughts) I just wanted to view it as the people did when it originally aired. Also, after watching all of the episodes, knowing how convoluted the ending was, I said ok, they must be going to have a season 2. Well, Lo and behold, as some other's have already stated, there was plans for a season 2 but by a series of unfortunate events, it all just fell apart, I guess I can say. I am not going to go into what I read, because like I've said, I knew nothing of this series until recently, and I don't feel that I have the all proper facts to state compared to other's who were THERE 3 years ago as to when the controversies where fresh, ongoing and being discussed online. I will say this, It is a shame because for me personally, I would have liked some things to have been cleared up and fleshed out more. I think the audience deserved that much at least. With this all being said, here are my questions and thoughts...... Tankhun was my absolute favorite out of the whole cast! Yeah he was crazy alright. Crazy Like A Fox! He seemed foolish but in all actuality he was cunning and very shrewd. I liked that about him. Yes, he had childhood trauma but I think he divorced a part of himself in the process in order to cope but it didn't deter his mental capacity when it was something truly important, logical and necessary when it came to the business and family. Now HE's someone whom I would have enjoyed a spin off of! If Kinn shot Tawan and thought he had died, then how did Tawan wind up with Vegas? I know there was talk about THE ITALIANS holding him hostage, but I don't believe it. Because Vegas and he had a sexual relationship to the point of him being conned by Vegas into thinking he actually loved him and wanted marriage of all things. I think he was with the Minor Family(Vegas in particular) right after the shooting. Vegas "groomed" him with sex and a ring in order to make him go along with the plan to get back at (Major Family-Kinn). I enjoyed how they distinguished between the Major and Minor Families body guards in the way they looked and dressed. This is superficial of me but none the less... the Major Families Guards were young, handsome, clean cut and professionally attired. The Minor Families Guards looked somewhat older, rag tagged, disorganized and their clothes looked like it was from the 1970's! Even the Major and Minor Families themselves were dressed like that! I loved it! It was fun! Hell, when I saw Khun Kun go to the shoot out in a short set, ascot around his neck and some deck shoes, I knew it was a choice!! LOL!! Also, poor Vegas with that leisure suit... Jeff mentioned a lot about how Porsche didn't look like a body guard because he wasn't wearing a jacket, he was dressed like a waiter. I get where he was coming from, but I believe the writers had Porsche not wearing a jacket the majority of the time is because for one, he is a bit of a rebel and stubborn and also because the actor who played him has a great physique and the vest and pants really accentuated that... yes, I know.... With Khun Korn, oh my goodness! Where and what was the truth??!! I think he was a master manipulator. Just like he was always CLAIMING he was protecting or going to protect, take care of Porsche and his brother, same with Vegas. For example, he lied about a car accident killing the parents, that he covered up for a "friend" that never happened. Then proceeds when confronted with this to go to Porsches house and give him a fake picture of the killer?! Because later Uncle Thee said that the man was a scapegoat.... so was this man an enemy of Korn's? And how was he protecting Porsche by having him kill a man, whom he knew was not involved? Makes no sense..... Korn is just a terrible person all the way around. I don't think he was poisoned at all. I think he faked it to finally try and bring the Major/Minor Family Saga to a head once and for all. How do you fake your death like that? Having the Dr say I'm sorry, we did all we could. Knowing it was going to upset your kids....He wanted people to think that and I believe his Personal Body Guard, Chan knew it was a lie. Speaking of Chan, I believe that either he or someone he instructed on behalf of Korn killed Uncle Thee. Chan called Korn and told him Uncle Thee was dead, Korn asked about Porsche and was told that he had run off, Korn turns around and say's to bring him back safely. Vegas has told Porsche that the Main Family was hunting Uncle Thee and he was hiding out at the Temple. I believed Vegas and Porsche was followed, that's how Thee was murdered. It had to be someone with a high caliber rifle or something like that with a scope to take that kind of shot and succeed. All, I know is that it wasn't Kinn nor Pete who did it. They looked a bit shocked and confused to me, when it happened. Also, every time someone was "supposedly" going to tell Porsche the truth, they got murdered, Uncle Thee and then Kun... When Kun went to the safe house and Vegas was reading a book, that he slapped out of his hand. They made sure to show the audience the title of the book.... "Childhood's End" by Arthur C. Clarke. I wonder what the significance of this is to Vegas. I did do a little search on the book and found it interesting but I didn't research too in depth, maybe I will at a later date. Cringe dialogue between VegasPete at the pool when he was trying to talk Vegas down, the whole I'm hungry, I'm your pet thing. I get it but it was still cringe worthy. I wanted him to say something more meaningful than that. I felt like the writers was making a joke out of a serious moment and I didn't like that at all. It made no sense to me, that earlier in the series Porsche was taken to the Weapons Area and Room and we see him looking at all kinds of weapons on some screen, we even glimpse a few in the actual room,(I remember Jeff joking about how they were stored) and he picked out some fancy machine gun and Pete made him get a handgun because he was a newbie. The Major Family KNEW the Minor Family would likely plan an attack, Kim told Kinn, that he knows what will happen if the Minor Family learns that Korn was "DEAD". So why weren't any of the Major Families Guards better equipped weapons wise??! They looked like lambs being sent to the slaughter. The other family is using handguns and machine guns, etc... and you guys are only using handguns? Even that lady, Erika had a machine gun. When Porsche came to the rescue, even He had one. Why not everyone else? You are at war! LOL.... Thought this was a dumb oversight. Oh yeah, those writers sure did like using "Mexican Standoffs". Must have watched a lot of Westerns... How many times are you going to have two men pulling guns out on each other and not follow through. Out of all the times they incorporated this, the only one who actually pulled the trigger was Khun Kun when he shot Chan. They even had Kinn pull a gun on Porsche and he in turn pulled a gun back on Kinn. Why pray tell, at this point of the story?! I didn't like that for several reasons. Porsche came to help save Kinn, Kinn didn't know he was there, Vegas had him pinned down and probably would have killed him, had Porsche not shown up. When Porsche shot the Body Guard, then Kinn sees him and calls his name. Then we get that bull shit dialogue about are you on this side or that, because if not.... blah, blah, blah. If Porsche wasn't on his SIDE, he could have shot Kinn him self, when he came through that door or better yet, skipped the country.... LMAO!! If Porsche hadn't said what he did, was Kinn going to kill him?! The man he loves?! I'm not touching anything about the Mom now.... that is madness. I do have thoughts though. This series especially near the end was like riding off the rails on a crazy train! Definitely, an emotional rollercoaster ride. Overall, Kinn is a lost cause, I wish Porsche had left him, and if they did get back together let it be after some much needed Psychological Therapy / Ongoing Counseling and Medication for EVERYONE. Make Kinn do the WORK to try and win Porsche back! Porsche got sucked into that lifestyle no fault of his own, I wish he could have escaped with Porchay, they didn't deserve what happened to them. And it made me angry and sad. Speaking of Porchay, I'm glad he had the fortitude to block Kim and distance himself. I wish their story had been explored a bit more and in a different manner, all that spying Kim was doing and we still don't know anything! But Porchay stood up for himself where as Porsche did not/would not. I wish Kim had come to grips earlier about his true feeling for Porchay. I would have rather seen that than some of the KP nonsense. VegasPete is my favorite couple out of the three. They had their problems but they came to terms and were willing to work things out for the sake of their relationship. I liked that about them. Arm and Pol were hilarious and very sweet! Shout out to Big!...RIP.... I beleive Khun Kun was telling the truth, Korn was lying all over the place and he's the real killer, how can you trust someone like that??! That History Quote..... This idea, attributed to Winston Churchill, is that our understanding of history isn't complete or objective, but tends to privilege the version of events of those in power. So it's told biasly...that why Khun Korn said that. It's his interpretation of event's/history, not necessarily the truth and we all know he is a big ass liar. Overall, I'm glad I watched it. I did enjoy some aspects of it and I'm glad Jeff finally got his Romantic and Consensual Sex Scene! We needed it badly!!! Thankun is THE G.O.A.T. !! Love him!

But shocker the authors got allegations on them plus drama with the Pete actor. So for the uncle getting killed it’s actually not absolute that Kinn is the one who killed him. He was just wayyyy to far and Chan(Korn bodyguard) was the one who called Korn to confirm that the uncle is dead but then we only see Kinn and Pete running towards them. It also doesn’t make sense to me that Kinn would kill the uncle especially when Porsche is right there I just can’t imagine he could shoot from that far and not notice Porsche there too. Also in the behind video Kinn actor says I would be surprised if Kinn could make the shot. The theme of especially these two eps is clearly manipulation from how the parents died to the uncle to Korn faking his death to the mom being alive. Kim is the only one of the three brothers who is on bad terms with his dad and is suspicious of him but even though he left the house he hasn’t been able to fully leave. When Korn dies you see Kim and Chan exchange looks as Tankhun cries in his lap while Kinn walks off thinking about his new head mafia position. Kim is the only one who has a grasp on how untrustworthy Korn is he doesn’t fully believe Korn is dead. Kinn is definitely more under Korn’s manipulation which is why u see him repeatedly expecting Korn to reveal what the real story is about Porsches parents. Yet you see Kim from the beginning going behind Korn’s back to get the real tea. It’s a shame you don’t really see Kim’s reaction to all the revelations when he was on a hunt for so long lol. I’m sure you’ve read the other comments about how Porsche’s memory from the cupboard matches Gun’s memory rather than Korn’s version. Especially about the line you know too much missing only from Korn’s version. It’s actually interesting to rewatch cuz the cupboard is left ajar in Gun’s version but not Korn’s. Also in Gun’s version Porsche’s dad is yelling at them about knowing that they massacred Namphueng’s family which is what prompts the shooting and line you know too much. Gun clearly has an obsessive type love for the foster sister but I don’t think Korn is much better. It’s kind of a theory that the reason Namphueng’s family got massacred was cuz they were the big mafia family and so they took Namphueng in as a power move. But Korn definitely drugged her up hidden in the house but I don’t believe she’s as out of it as she seems. You can see her reacting and being surprised seeing Porsche and then Porchay in the next scene but then she puts on a blank face. The way it ends on her conflicted face I just know there’s more maybe Korn threatened her with the kids cuz he had Uncle Thee looking after them but if she tries to run he would fuck them over. Korn even kills Gun before he could reveal something about him same as Uncle getting shot as he was revealing something. He definitely planned for the minor family to come attacking so that they could get wiped out or weaker just so they could follow him into a secret room and find out this huge secret together. He offers the minor family ring to Porsche so he could be in total control and he passes it to Kinn to soften the offer. Kinn is swayed by Korn and Porsche is swayed by Kinn and with Porsche involved he can’t just leave now especially with his mom. I definitely think leaving the mafia family is just an illusion that does not exist. Even Namphueng was getting forced back home after getting married and having kids. Even when Kinn and Porsche left to go live in Porsche’s house that was never going to be permanent Korn always had some emotional manipulation at play. And on top of all that Porsche would never be able to leave the mafia with his mom especially with all the medical care it seems like she needs. There’s no way Korn would let her go and with her sons now even more involved in the mafia they’re all stuck. I think season 2 was gonna be the downfall of Korn. His line at the end about history being written by the winners is definitely confirming his deceptive nature and smugness about how his plans worked. The mom wasn’t alive in the book so there definitely was more planned for season 2. Music wise all the why don’t you stay background music is always Jeff singing. Only when Porchay makes up the tune and lyrics in the scene was it Barcode actually singing it. Barcode is always the one singing his other song the one he played for Kim outside his building and in the studio in this episode. He really was a newbie singer. The other folk song you liked was another singer. I can’t wait for you to check out more Jeff songs and more BLs. I wonder what BL you would do next I think Bad Buddy is a good university enemies to lovers show.

To answer some questions you seemed to have or points you were confused on: -Kinn was not the one to shoot uncle thee, I know from how it was filmed it looks that way but no, there was another shooter and then Kinn and Pete came in after tracking Porsche and Vegas down. This is also confirmed on the phone call that Korn has right before Porsche shows up, where he is speaking with his head of security though it's not confirmed through the show, I personally believe Korn was the one who ordered the hit. -The scene that we flashed back to with Vegas dropping off Porsche was after the uncle was shot and before he went to see Korn. -Korn was "Poisoned" right before Porsche showed up when he was playing the piano, he takes a drink of his whisky then after a few minutes he has his so-called attack and lands in the hospital. There are some poisons that are slow acting, not many but there are a few, so if he really was poisoned that would be the kind used considering the time it took effect. Also side-note, the brothers were speaking about how Kinn as the head of the family needs to focus on the business because with Korn out of the way/dead they are more vulnerable to a coup which is exactly what played out. The minor family wouldn't be able to take control without forming a coup, even if Korn died because Kinn was the heir and already appointed as head. -Also I know its extremely confusing as a final episode especially because they threw in so many plot twists and new characters, but I will say that the choice to do so was because at the time this aired they were planning a season 2 and they were kind of setting us up for it however that never came to be for many reasons that I won't get into here (if you have questions feel free to ask). Moving on from just questions I have to say I am so happy you not only enjoyed the show but got fully immersed into the crazy world that is Kinnporsche!! Although I love Kinnporsche as a couple I 100% agree with your take on them. VegasPete will forever remain one of my OTP's and I don't care that they were toxic they truly were the most dynamic couple from the show and had the most depth character wise, followed closely by Porsche! I won't drag this out longer than it already is by ranting about all the reasons and ways I love VegasPete. I am over here bawling for the millionth time watching my boy get shot and Pete being devastated even knowing how the story plays out!😭 Thanks again for giving this amazing show a chance and I look forward to more amazing reactions!!❤️

I never understand the ending with the mother and main family and also I am on minor family side of the story cuz when gun was telling what happened that day gun was sitting and Korn was standing but when Korn was telling his side of story it was other way around but when Porsche was having flashbacks it was Gun who was sitting and Korn was standing so that means I DON'T BELIEVE A SINGLE SHIT THAT CAME FROM KORNS MOUTH!!! sad that we god KimPorschay sad ending but actually it's so real that Chay never forgave Kim that he kinda used him for more informations art his family... really enjoyed rewatching this show with you and listening to your speeches in between reaction about some scenes and your knowledge about acting!! thank you🩷

I kinda feel that everything was being handed to him a bit too easily. Like he "assault" porsche while he is drugged which porsche forgives him quite fast. He didn't have to give up anything to be with porsche. And when his ex returned, he acts like shit towards porsche and again get to walk away without a scratch. For a mafia boss, i don't remember much of him being in danger except for the first ep where porsche saves him. Vegas Pete on the other hand, i absolutely adore. seeing him get shout definitely took a toll on my mental health lol. But thank you so much for reacting to this. I hadn't watched Kinnporsche in a while, so getting to watch it with you gave me so many new perspectives that i didnt think about before. Looking forward to Twinkling Watermelon!! hopefully you will like it :)))
