[Blocked] LISA - 'Rockstar' MV Reaction
Added 2024-07-03 23:00:25 +0000 UTCDamn... so from my research, when a MV is copyrighted by a US-based company, that's when they get blocked for most reaction channels. This one was under RCA Records 😞
I did try various ways to override the block (for 3 hours ðŸ˜) but no luck. Don't know why other channels weren't affected.
I guess expect all my reactions to LISA's mv's to be here going forward. If she drops a dance practice, that should be available on Youtube but we shall see.

2024-07-04 00:34:38 +0000 UTCThe music video was shot in Yaowarat, Thailand. They asked the shops to close early and paid them for it. They used Thai dancers, extras, and crew. Before filming, the dancers and extras didn't know it was for Lisa’s song because the announcement just said it was for a famous singer, and she used the alias "Mona" in the contracts. So, everyone was really surprised and excited on the filming day.

It was in fact shot in Bangkok , specifically in Chinatown, she closed down the street 3 nights in a row and she payed every vendors 500$ to close earlier than usual. She also auditioned 100 dancers and she wanted only women . Finally she also included drag queens , and the three women that you see close up of are 3 really famous transgender women in Thailand. I found it really nice how she incorporated her culture in this new era and hope to see more
