I think ms. Koo and that other reaper were lovers in their past lives but Ms. koo took her own life and the reaper man killed either a lot of people or killed her family or both. Or they could be family.

I absolutely agree with you about Ryung-Gu's character looking better in the flashback, but I'm glad that these two episodes' story changed him and we got rid of the blond back. :) He's far more handsome in general than this series shows him (hi: https://0.soompi.io/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/30001954/Yoon-Ji-On-1.jpeg), and he's absolutely a compelling actor. Not sure about the filming schedule and what they may have done to fit it into Rowoon's SF9 activities, but luckily he's more present in the next couple episodes, so yay! He's also what got me watching this series; the characters and storyline has been so awesome, though, I didn't mind his diminished presence when we were delving into backstory. I loved all the children in this episode. They're so cute, especially Honeybee at the end! Looking forward to your two remaining sessions. I can't wait for you to see what stories are coming. You might not have needed tissues for this one (I did!) but you may going forward. Just saying. It was an utterly surprising series from start to finish for me, and I'm so glad you're getting a chance to experience it, too.
