2020-08-09 20:00:03 +0000 UTCtbh I did not expect you to react to red velvet 😅, their not really known for having hard/complex choreos for their title tracks but more for their godly vocals, kinda like how seventeen has no weak dancers, red velvet has no weak vocalists. Their main vocal Wendy (my bias) is regarded by most people as one of the best singers in the industry, she’s very versatile, her technique is flawless, her range covers 4 octaves which is just insane, and her riffs and runs oh god If you’re feeling like having your wig snatched I recommend Psycho (live), Ladies Night (live) and Written in the stars, off the top of my head.

It's underrated since it's an SM Station release that doesn't get promotions. Although the members are all doing their own individual schedules since Wendy's stage accident in an SBS event last December 2019, we are glad that she is recovering well and hoping that she will be back healthy enough for a new comeback together with the whole group.

Her official position is rapper i think but she hardly raps anymore, her singing voice has a really unique tone to it and she's widely known as the sexiest member of red velvet :) the blonde/lighter haired girl in the fancam is Wendy- she's the main vocalist in red velvet and probably one of the best female vocalists in kpop right now! She's actually from Canada (Toronto I believe?) so she speaks fluent english. She did a collab with John Legend called Written in the Stars that you should definitely check out- her voice is insane! The last member, the short-haired girl who did the rap in the second verse, is Yeri, the maknae! She was added to the group later for their song Ice Cream Cake, but she's one of the rappers and also a vocalist! And just for some extra info about Irene and Seulgi: Seulgi is the main dancer (if u didn't know already) and also has really amazing vocal skills! Irene is really famous in Korea for her visuals, but imo she's an all-rounder, she both sings and raps and her dancing has improved so much since debut! Unfortunately when Red Velvet was performing Psycho, Wendy slipped and fell off the stage (due to poor stage conditions i think) and suffered fractures to her wrist/pelvis! She's been inactive recently because of that but fortunately she's been recovering well and we'll hopefully see her back soon :) hope this helped a bit!

2020-08-08 18:47:19 +0000 UTCI love the dual concept that Red Velvet has going on, with darker mysterious tracks on the Velvet side and then bright happy ones on the Red side. Also, peekaboo is a bop. Period. And the “peekaboooooo” bit... I can never stop myself from doing that little hand choreo😂
