ESTATE Part 18 WIP :)

Update: Hello again šŸ™‚

Over the past few days, I’ve continued working on this month’s objects - flower arrangements, a rug, some lights, and a few boxes.

I wanted to use this update for two things. First, thank you so much for all the lovely suggestions. I don’t think the Estate set is ever really finished, and I’ll revisit it from time to time. I might even drop single items here and there if I find the time. Your ideas are genuinely helpful and creativ...

Happy New Year everyone, and I hope you all enjoyed the holidays.

After my last update before the end of the year, I’m very happy to now share ESTATE Part 17 with you.

As mentioned in the WIP, this month took a bit of a turn. What initially started as a focus on stable interior clutter and functional pieces slowly shifted once I fell into researching Regency manor boot rooms and service spaces. I became really drawn to these quieter, practical interiors — spac...

ESTATE Part 17 WIP :)

Hello everyone :),

I can’t believe this will already be my last update of the year — 2025 has flown by faster than any year before for me. But let’s start with what I’ve been working on first.

I initially planned to focus this month on stable interior items — clutter, functional pieces, and storytelling objects. While researching that, I came across some incredibly beautiful Regency manor boot room inspiration, and it completely pulled me in.

Because of that, I’m...

Hello Everyone :),

We are heading indoors! After two months of exterior work, ESTATE Part 16 shifts focus to the interior of the Stable capsule.

For this set, I looked to the Royal Mews and high-end British stables for inspiration. I fell in love with the idea of "residential" style interiors for horses—spaces that feel elegant rather than purely utilitarian. You’ll find this reflected in the new tiled walls and matching panelling View Post

WIP Estate Part 16 :)

Hello Everyone:)

Its been a while and I hope you are all doing well!

We’re finally moving indoors! I’ve been working on the interior setup, mixing practical stable gear with some elegant, Royal Mews-inspired details.

It took a bit of trial and error to nail the vibe, but I’m really happy with how it’s shaping up. If you missed the previews on Instagram, I’ve compiled them above. You'll see the wash trough, hay rack, saddle rack, Chesterfield seating, and the new br...

Hello Everyone :),

This month continues the Stable Block and focuses on giving you more flexibility for shaping the exterior. I’ve always enjoyed working on architectural details, and this part leans fully into that.

This set introduces a new system of stable windows, available as metal frames or in the stable colour palette introduced last month. Each unit can stand alone or snap into extended runs, allowing anything from a small outbuilding t...

ESTATE Part 15 WIP :)

Hello again, :)

It’s time for the next update!
Last month I focused on the doors and archways, and this month continues the exterior theme. Many British stables feature a cupola, and I’m really happy with how mine turned out. I’ve also finally made a smaller dormer window — something I’ve wanted for ages — and started working on the stable windows.

These have a different design from the Georgian ones at the start of the Estate Collection. Some will ...

Hello Everyone šŸ™‚

Many of you probably guessed it already — especially after my WIP post! This month, I’ve started working on the Horse Stables. It’s quite a large topic, and since I want to capture every detail, I’ll be focusing on it for more than one month. For this first part, I’m starting with doors and archways.

My inspiration came from various British stables, particularly those in Georg...

Hello everyone šŸŽ,

I’ve started work on the next iteration of the Estate Series. Last month I teased it with a single emoji, and many of you guessed correctly — this time I’m focusing on the Stable block 🐓.

The Sims team already gave us a great American version, but for the Estate Set we need the British stables šŸŽ. My passion has always been with architectural elements and spaces, and a stable block has a few key fea...

Hello everyone :),

A new month means a new set — this time: the Laundry Room! :D

What inspired me is that whenever I watch period dramas or see grand houses, the service areas often have walls of glass to let in plenty of light for proper working conditions. So, I decided to create a set of doors and windows for all wall heights. These can partition different interior spaces, or you could even use them to build a conservatory if you like. The pi...

Hello Everyone :),

Oh noo, set number 13 — let’s hope all goes well! šŸ˜„

A new month, a new set! I’ve been working on build items, mainly doors and windows for partitioning spaces. In many grand or historic houses, the areas of labor are often separated, so the idea is to give you an option to split off spaces like the pantry and laundry from the kitchen. That’s the focus for this month.<...

Hello Everyone 😊

This is the third and final part of the main Estate kitchen set. This month, I’ve added a variety of pieces to give you more flexibility and those perfect finishing touches.

One of the key elements I envisioned from the start was a table-style island, built from three modular pieces. It’s available in wood tones only, so you can mix and match for a more natural, lived-in look.

For the main kitchen, you’ll now find shorter cabinets, half cab...

ESTATE Part 12 WIP :)

Hey everyone :),

I wanted to give you a little update on what I’m currently working on! From the start of the kitchen set, I knew I wanted to include a table-style island, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. With the right setup in-game, it gives off a true estate vibe, but it also works beautifully in a cosy, more lived-in interior.

I’ve also added a stove hood, a ceiling light, and some classic subway tile walls.

As always, my process is a b...

Hello Everyone šŸ™‚

This month continues the deVELL Kitchen from last month, with a focus on appliances. I wanted to create a seamless, built-in look — but that comes with a technical challenge called shaders.

Here’s a quick explanation: most objects use the ā€œphongā€ shader, which responds to all the l...

I'm excited to introduce the deVELL Kitchen, inspired by the beautifully crafted designs of deVOL Kitchens from the UK—an ideal fit for the Estate collection. This month marks the beginning of the set, and I’ll be continuing with more additions next month.

For now, I’ve focused on the essentials:

Dear Patrons,

I’m really excited to finally share Estate Part 9 with you! I know it’s taken a bit longer than usual, but I wanted to make sure every detail felt just right. Many of you suggested a dining room set, and I couldn’t agree more — it just feels essential for a grand estate.

When designing the set, I wanted to create a space that feels both elegant and inviting. The fireplace became the heart of the room, adding ...

Dearest gentle reader,

The time has come for Estate Part 8. As you know, an estate holds many rooms, and I’m continuously dreaming up new purposes to fill them with. While the game offers a range of functional items, I often find myself avoiding those that don’t quite suit my aesthetic.

So, for this month’s release, I set out to reimagine a few of those underused gems—and thus, the Games Room & Bar was born. šŸøšŸŽ²

I’m being a good boy and am starting my WIP thread, even though there’s not much to show just yet. šŸ˜†

I wasn’t sure what to work on next, but after some time away from the gym set, I landed on the idea of a games room—which I think fits perfectly in an estate setting! šŸŽ±āœØ I’ve finished a ping pong table and have started on a bar/sideboard (though it’s not quite ready...

Hello everyone! šŸ™‚

Let's get physical, physical ....

As you may have seen in my work-in-progress post, this Estate release is all about fitness and wellness. I never expected to create a gym set, but after discovering the ultra-stylish brand PENT Luxury, I couldn’t resist using it as inspiration.

I focused on the functional fitness items already available in The Sims and designed my pieces around them. To complement the set, I also added...

Hello everyone,

I've started working on the next part of the Estate Set, and I’m really excited about it—especially since it’s something I’ve never done before! I’ve never been the sporty type, but after getting into working out a while back, I became more familiar with training equipment. Let’s be honest—most of it isn’t exactly easy on the eyes. I always had the idea in the back of my mind to create a stylish, standalone fitness set someday.

Dearest Gentle Reader,

This time, I feel like this phrase doesn’t quite fit, as bathrooms like this didn’t exist in the Bridgerton era. šŸ˜„

The inspiration for this month’s bathroom comes from classic, old-world designs found in grand estates. A company that perfectly embodies this aesthetic in real life is Drummonds—and oh boy, are they pricey! Naturally, your Sims will have to part with a good amount of Simoleons to afford these luxurious pieces as well.

I hope you’re all doing well! Today, I have something new to share with you—another WIP from the Estate Set. I hope you’re not getting tired of these updates! šŸ˜„

This time, I’m working on a bathroom, and it’s turning out to be the most detailed one I’ve created so far. I’m focusing on the hero objects first: the bathtub, sinks, shower, and toilet. Once those are complete, I’ll see what additional pieces I can create to complement them.

I started working on Estate Part 5 and want to share your progress. I worked on a Steinway-inspired grand piano and continued with a bookcase afterwards. This month's items will work in a drawing room/library setting. The items are planned out, and I will add more of the objects I saw at Estelle Manor :)

That is my short update; I will upload more images as soon as I have more to show you.

Hello, hello, hello :),

I recently went on a trip to visit Harrie in England, and we stayed at a charming hotel that she booked as a surprise. It was in a Jacobean manor house in the countryside, and the interior was gorgeous. I mentioned that I wanted to work on a set of windows inspired by the recent EP Life and Death, but I have to postpone that idea because the furniture pieces of that hotel are perfect for an ESTATE interior pack.

I started with a sideboard/ cabinet that was...
