The creative process of my stories.

I really wanted to show you what my creative process is like, hoping that this will help someone in the future, and at the same time to make you, my good fella, to realize that we are all on the same train.

So, without further ado, here it is; What is my creative process like.

First of all, what I always do is select all the topics that I like. Those topics that if I opened Tiktok or some of that crap, would make me stay there for hours and hours.

In my case, some of them are:

-Paranormal themes.

-Couple drama.

-Lonely landscapes in nature.

-Sexy girls.

-F̶e̶e̶t̶.̶

And, as you can see, all of these themes are within my visual novel. Something that is extremely important is to fill your work with the things that you love the most, that captivate you the most, or at least that attract you the most.

And thus a visual novel was born about a sexy girl who appears in a lonely place in the middle of nature looking for your help while paranormal things begin to happen around you.

Now, your stories can be full of what you like most and only that. And that's perfect, but stories are also about expressing yourself and letting out everything you feel inside, it's a way to be able to shout everything you feel in people's faces and at the same time have them entertain themselves and maybe admire Great, right?

JK Rowling used Harry Potter to vent about how bad he was feeling about his current life and to take out his grief over the recent death of his parents.

Tolkien used his stories so he could have an excuse to use his linguist skills and show off his storytelling.

Stephen King wrote to vent his experience with alcohol addiction.

This is only part of what they did while writing, but at the same time they all wrote because they mainly love to write.

And in my case I wrote to be able to express my frustration of not being able to move forward with my project.

I'm going to give you a new example where I will do the same as with Wet Nightmares but bringing together all the points I just mentioned.

I like them:

-Girls with big tits.

-Paranormal themes.

-Draw.

-The topic of lucid dreams.

-Girls' feet.

I dislike:

-The conceited guys.

-Social networks.

-That people rise in positions just because they are charismatic and not because they have made an effort.

Some of my fears or frustrations are:

-Not being able to become what I have set as my goal in life.

-Time passes too quickly without being able to do anything.

Basically this is like a cooking recipe, once you have all the ingredients on your list, you start mixing them until you reach the result you want or at least one that you really like.

In this case, I can think of the story of a girl with big breasts who tries to get promoted in her company because of her hard work, but she realizes that they only want to promote her because she has big breasts, so she rejects the opportunity to show them to people what they are capable of. Until one day a pretentious girl with bigger breasts arrives at the company and a week later she is already the protagonist's boss.

The protagonist loves horror movies and from time to time she remembers when she wanted to be a film director and in her free time at home she draws strange creatures that could be the monsters in her movies. Until one night, when the power goes out in a storm, she draws a creature that she believes could be the representation of Lucifer, and writes the name of the demon on the page, but accidentally cuts herself on the paper, staining it with blood.

And that same night, his monster appears to him in his dreams telling him that he can make the company realize that he is worth much more than a pair of breasts, but that to do so he has to give himself over to the devil so that it can do what he wants. want with her. (Sex) And little by little this monster shows him with small details that it is real and that the offer still stands.

As you can see, I left out social media, but I didn't do it on purpose. This can sometimes happen, as it happened to me on this occasion, and the joke is that you remember that this is your own recipe and that you can modify it as you wish.

And this doesn't just apply to horror stories, even if you like 3 different fetishes, you can add a couple of problems that you have had in life to make your story more interesting and boom.

Fetishes:

-Sex in public.

-Socks.

-Redheads.

-Personal problems:

-Lack of money.

-Addiction to video games.

Becky is a girl who can't stop playing her dating H video games but lost her job for playing all day instead of working, until one day she coincidentally meets the creator of her favorite H game series, and the guy tells her He proposes to be a tester of his latest game before anyone else, and even promises to pay him to work doing what he loves most, but of course there is a price involved...

This is basically my creative process for telling stories. Taking things that you love, that you are attracted to, things that you dislike and that scare you and put them together in a way where this can become interesting.

The layers of complexity can be as many or as few as you want. Remember that there are recipes that are so complex that they have up to 50 ingredients and some others that are so simple that they can only have 3 ingredients. The joke is that you feel comfortable "cooking."

The secret is that you enjoy what you are cooking, even if it is a pizza with pineapple and everyone hates pizza with pineapple. The secret is that it is delicious for you, not for anyone else, just for you.

I hope this is helpful to you and at the same time you didn't find it boring.
