That's what struck me as the likely source for Roisin's refusal - esp given what she said about having "met" tons of horses and always choosing not to get on them. Personally I think that's a valid reason - I wouldn't be able to do tasks that involved heights for instance, and if I tried it wouldn't exactly be funny. Given that it's season 1, they might not have thought of that, so maybe after this they've screened for it, as part of picking both casts and tasks.
