2022-12-13 06:45:46 +0000 UTCCame to say that Deanna but ya beat me to it! 😁 Yeah, I know we've built up expectations for season 3 but trust us. It's pretty much impossible to overhype it. I'm not worried. I adore that first long pullout from the technical diagram formerly known as the Arboghast, tracking all the way out to Ganymede. It looks beautiful and it's great stage-setting, and it only gets better from there. I had an idea of what I thought the Razorback would look like from reading the books but they blew away my expectations. I was so giddy with excitement when I saw it, both interior and the outside, and I still get pumped now. Big respect to the art, graphics and set design departments. Apparently, cast and crew wanted turns on the gimballed seats like it was a fairground ride. You are definitely gonna want to read the books when you're done - I would start from book 1 rather than just picking it up at 7 (though you could do that and be fine) - they add so much to the story, the world and the characters. Book 5 was my fave until I read book 8, which was devastating and joyful and painful and sad and heroic and inspirational and shocking and beautiful. Sometimes all at once. And they really, really nail the ending in book 9, IMHO. But that's for later. Right now, let's sit back (or on the edge of our seats) and enjoy season 3. The cast and crew have really settled in, firing on all Epstein drives and the cliffhangers get brutal to the point of being borderline abusive. Yamseng, beratna!
