I really appreciate the pacing so far. Straight action and not a whole lot of relaxing. Although I think a change slower pace can be good in some cases

I lowkey love this part. I feel like, as much as this part is considered "bad", the noble and gentlemen character of Jonathan contrasts well with the other jojos, and the variety of each part creates a truly bizarre but complete story. Each jojo is supposed to unique and different from each other and you will not find another jojo like Jonathan. Furthermore, part 1's pacing and story will allow you to appreciate the different approach taken for the others by Araki (the creator).

Now until the final episode of part 1 (the only one I like besides the first 3 episodes), I dont like this season at all. Don't be discouraged if you don't like this part. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is one of my favorite anime, if not my favorite, and I still don't like this part that much. Part 2 is amazing, but it's not for everyone since it's the peak of the series' bizarreness, in my opinion. Part 3 is long, but I think it's good, especially towards the end. The second half of Part 4 is one of my favorites, the first is just good, and Part 5 is my favorite; I don't even need to say how good it is. Part 6 is also very good towards the end, but it has some pretty average moments. I'm just saying this so you have an idea of โโthe good parts, not that my opinion is absolute, but I don't want you to give up because of a bad part.
