How have you been? :D
Some of you already know about the good news, but I'd love to announce that the Up and Ahead comics are here - and they look amazing!
Now the packing/shipping craziness has started (since I want to make it to my own deadline of delivering on June!) so I'd kindly ask you for your patience while I prepare each and every comic to be sent out to their new homes! (140 comics, to be exact! THAT'S AWESOME!)
I thank you for your understanding, this will only last for a week! I'll try to keep posting, but there probably won't be a lot of new art.
I wish you guys all the best! And for those who bought it - I can't wait for it to arrive to you! <3

I'll be trying to get into Comic Con for the first time actually, the one that turned me down was an independent fair we have down here called "Feira Plana". But things always happen for a reason, and I believe I wouldn't have been able to work so hard on the IndieGoGo campaign if I had gotten accepted! Thank you so much for your wonderful words, my friend. I'll let you know when I get the results (June 20! Fingers crossed haha) All the best!

2018-06-14 13:51:17 +0000 UTCHey Raquel, remember when you told me that the São Paulo comic con turned you down as an exhibitor? I spoke to an exhibitor in the comic village of London MCM Comic Con in May, and he said to me that the selections are not made out of popularity or favouritism. But instead they are likely to accept as long as you have some form of published comic to sell, a little bit of merchandise i.e. posters, figurines etc. and of course banners and other visual equipment to make your stand look great. I believe 'they' provide the table for you. I walked for quite a while speaking to the comic artists and I knew you would fit right in. Haha. All the best xxx
