Now these are two scenes I'm VERY excited to get to! Especially the first... Any guesses and theories? you guys keep me going, you have no idea!

I had a lot of fun coming up with the colors for the first scene. And I've been planning to draw/paint that second scene for years now! You might even be familiar with some pieces I've done in the past featuring the Devil as a fate reader!

No North - First Proof!

HEY GUYYYS!

Here's a walkthrough of the first proof of No North Book 1 - The Northless Compass!

It was very exciting to get it in the mail!

The size of the book is deliciously perfect! The cover colors look so amazing, and I love the offset texture of the paper (and the paper's thickness!)

It's a BIG book! And you can feel the weight, which is soooo cool!

However, some of the colors still appear washed out, and the interaction between blue/black is far ...
