I started with a series of sketches for a show that's going to air on TV in the evening. This one will be a bit more explicit than the others. I tried to stay consistent with the Vaabs style, and it was a fun challenge! I also finished one of the backgrounds for the park that had been on the backburner. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, especially the color palette for the park overall. Regarding work in the game engine, I continued working on the scenes where June goes back home. They won’t be lengthy, but there are some dialogue variations (and sprite differences) depending on whether June returns home in a diaper, has gone back to Sato's house to use the potty, etc. So it took me a bit to playtest completely. The discussion with Ms. Sato afterwards is different and takes place either in June's bedroom or the kitchen, depending on whether Sato needs to clean up June or not. Either way, Sato will ask June to run one last errand before dinner. This leads June back to the administrative building, where there will be a segment involving navigating on a computer. For now, I’ve just started working on the first scene, where a nannybot welcomes June. And that's about it for today! Next week, I'll shift my focus more toward work on the game engine.
