Just touched down from my LA trip pardon the mini week vacation from the patreon I miss y'all as always things are back on track starting Tueday 3/14, and we will be doing a Sunday call on 3/19 at 11am EST to get back in the loop strong! I gotta every good question , I can say I got decent confidence in my self but I just wanted to ask how do u consistently feel yourself , like some days I’ll feel off then certain other days I’ll feel my self and how do you heal old trauma ?

1.) Put together a system into my life that organizes & track what’s needed 2.) Go higher in weights & do some cardio as well 3.) Gain a Better understanding of what I am already putting into my body & reduce the bullshit/ increase the natural beneficial stuff 4.) Lock in with my books and reduce screen time 5.) Learn new tricks ona bike & hit some trails
