Otherwise you come off as some aggressive clingy psychopath. When you make her comfortable and show her a good time before pressing play or shooting your shot, you make her more likely to give you a chance or let your shot go in because she feels comforted by your presence and trusts you. She will not only accept your next offer to “hang out” or “chill” but she will be looking forward to it. Notice how she says “I don’t want you to think I’m using you” she is being so submissive and considerate that she is taking the care to make sure she is not doing me wrong and she wants me to know she has my best interest at heart all through the words “I don’t want you think… I have no problem being your friend”.
