Behind-the-scenes talk about Miru vs. Dark Siren

In our worldview, the hierarchy of power is quite clearly defined.

Sirens are followers of the deep-sea god and possess hero-tier strength.

Of course, they employ deception tactics through their enchanting power, so depending on compatibility, they can exert even greater influence.

However, fundamentally, their enchantment does not work on those stronger than themselves.

(When Travon was the Knight Commander, he was himself a hero-tier existence and wielded the "Knight Order's Sword" imbued with the power of the goddess Undiana, which is why the Sirens' enchantment had no effect on him.)

On the other hand, the Monster Queens, who each hold a fragment of the power of Undiana, the goddess of order, possess demigod-tier strength.

As a result, a direct confrontation between the Dark Siren and Miru would realistically be a very uneven match.That is why we added the setting that "the Dark Sirens concentrated their power into one individual" and "Miru happened to be free at the time."

Even so, for Miru it was merely a way to kill time, and unfortunately for the Sirens, it was a battle with very little chance of victory. 😭

미루 vs 다크 세이렌에 관한 잡담

저희 게임 세계관에서는 힘의 우위가 꽤 확실하게 구분되어 있는 편입니다.

세이렌은 심해의 신을 추종하는 자들이며, 영웅급의 힘을 가지고 있습니다.

물론 매혹의 힘을 통한 기만전술을 사용하기 때문에 상성에 따라서는 더 큰 힘을 발휘하기도 하지만,

기본적으로는 자신보다 강한 자들에게는 매혹이 통하지 않아요.

(기사단장이던 시절의 트라본은 그 자신이 영웅급 존재에다가 여신 운디아나의 힘이 담겨있는 "기사단의 검"을 소지한 상태였기 때문에 세이렌의 매혹이 통하지 않았습니다.)

반면 질서의 신인 운디아나의 힘을 쪼개어 가진 몬스터 여왕들은 반신급의 힘을 가지고 있기 때문에 사실 다크 세이렌과 미루의 대결은 이루어지기 힘든 매치입니다.

그래서 "다크 세이렌들이 한명에게 힘을 몰았다"와 "마침 한가했던 미루"가 붙었다는 설정을 부여했습니다.

그럼에도 미루에게는 심심풀이 놀이일 뿐이기 때문에, 아쉽게도 세이렌에게는 크게 승산이 없는 전투입니다. 😭
