OC Overview | Pocket Pool

🏷️Basics

Traveling overseas to compete in a global billiard competitions, Pool never expected to fall in love with an Equestrian that would tie her down in a foreign world for a good chunk of her life. As her fame and professional billiards career began to fade, she gathered her earnings to open her own bar in the heart of her city (location undecided).

With her charm and wit, she built strong connections, and soon her bar became a safe haven, a hub of information and a refuge for all walks of life, from the unfortunate to dangerous.

 🎭Character Values

Likes & Dislikes
Despite no longer competing, Pool remains passionate about billiards, still loving the sport as much as ever. She also enjoys meeting new ponies but has little patience for those she finds uninteresting, especially timid individuals who refuse to take risks and explore.

Strength & Weaknesses
Pool is strong-willed and confident. She has a keen understanding of social hierarchies, always knowing what to say and when to say it. However, her confidence can sometimes lead her down dangerous paths, driven by her ego and desire to be involved in bigger things.

Personality & Value
The mare isn’t loud, but she never stays quiet for long. She always speaks her mind and views UNIQUE individuality as essential as breathing.

📝Creators Notes
I had Pool for a lonnngg time. I made her around 2018 and I still use her from time to time in Roleplay's as a background character! I don't use her much in art anymore due to the lack of interesting (active) plot-lines but despite not drawing her as often as the other characters I have, I still really like her and kept her around.

I made her not too long after I played billiard with friends, I wish there was more smoke/alcohol free billiard places :(

"She also enjoys meeting new ponies but has little patience for those she finds uninteresting," Man fucking real and relatable. Danger may be dangerous but at least it's not boring and potentially superficiality masking danger. Isn't the whole point to take risks though? What about betting on something non-necessary, something more fun and cutesie like a day on the town over a billiards game. She may bet money on her games, but individuality is deciding what to bet, isn't it? So deciding to bet something she doesn't would be the epitome of individuality while taking risks.
