Monday motivation - Alignment

Happy Monday! I hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend and are ready for the week ahead! In this session it’s time to be honest with ourselves and ask if we’re truly in Alignment with our purpose, wants and values. We talk about the signs to look out for if you’ve fallen off the tracks and how to get back onto them to live your life to the fullest!

What does it mean to be spiritually aligned?

How to know you’re not in alignment:
