Alternatively, this is just something Cat does to make other people rather uncomfortable (or, if you DO happen to be into it, it also works as a hell of a tease, which is just as good in her mind).
But it’s a power-flex, at any rate. I guess she didn’t mod the heck out of her primary assets just to never show it off...🙄
