2024-07-02 21:06:17 +0000 UTCI'm fairly sure the story of the two nurses is actually based on real historic events, I remember reading something about them first time I watched the season, and they did buy an old house where they murdered their "patients". It's actually pretty interesting to read up on the real life stuff that the show uses, might make for an interesting video once you finish the show, looking up the real life inspiration and such

2024-07-02 12:16:11 +0000 UTCI have to say I really don't like Adina Porter (who plays "real" Lee). Her acting is just so bad in my opinion, it's both lazy and over the top at the same time, I really can't stand it. She was in Murder House as well if you recall, as one of Ben's patients, the one who was so boring her husband left or something and Ben fell asleep during the session - I feel like she's still kind of acting that same way, while also giving off a sense of superiority. Yeah, I just can't with her, annoyingly, cos I actually think Lee is a pretty intriguing character.
