“The real Lee” actress was in murder house. was one Ben’s patients. She ended up killing herself because she was so “boring” and her husband didn’t pay attention to her. not sure if you recall, but this isn’t the first season she has appeared

2024-06-29 08:42:11 +0000 UTCThe format is copied from a TV series called Celebrity Ghost Stories that aired on The Biography Channel, Lifetime, and A&E. There were also non celebrity versions as well. People would talk about their experiences with the paranormal. Some of those episodes were pretty creepy. They would have non famous actors playing the real celebrities in the reenactment.

So much that I’m subscribing to your patreon today just because of that. Really different concept, more horror I love Lee’s character and I think Adina Porter does an AMAZING job portraing her! Also, Lily Rabe and Sarah Paulson are fenomenal this season. I think that, together with Lana “Banana” Winters from Asylum, this is my favorite season for Sarah Paulson

Think it works a lot better as a binge. Excited to see your reactions especially as we get midway through the season. The way they play with the structure/format really keeps it fresh (as you’ve already picked up on). Can’t wait to see more!

2024-06-28 05:29:48 +0000 UTCNew here! Subscribed just for this season since it’s my all time fave in AHS. Some non spoiler things you should know going into this. This was the FIRST season that they didn’t tell us what the theme or title would be until the moment it aired live on tv and we witnessed it together as a whole (AHS fans that is). They released a bunch of short teasers, at least 40+ (you can find on YouTube), each one completely different, and they all said “AHS ?6” since the theme was a mystery. Wild. And whoever guessed right won a car😂 Sarah Paulson came out to say in the past couple years she HATES this season and didn’t enjoy filming it. Ryan Murphy (the creator of the show) said that this season is in 3 parts. Episodes 1-5, episodes 6-9, and the finale (ep 10). You’ll know when you see it all unfold. But they obviously all tie together. Also the woman who plays the “real Lee” is played by Adina Porter who was actually in the first season Murder House, she briefly played one of Ben Harmon’s patients, the one who was “boring” and went missing. She was only in 1 or 2 episodes that season. So fun to see a technical OG back also. And this season is so dramatic and over the top purposely to mimic the “mockumentary” shows and gets hella meta. It’s so fun and wild as fuck. And has some amazing performances in my opinion.

The title was kept secret and there were a bunch of random promos to keep us guessing. Even a lot of the casting was kept under wraps. I'm so excited you're starting this one, it's very underrated IMO.
