In punisher war zone he against billy he’s a 2D gangster that is driven mad by his disfigured appearance. His mind is intact but his face is messed Up. I Think Netflix did the opposite, where instead of his fave being disfigured it’s his mind and memory. Russo Holding a grudge for his poor Chip Of His Shoulder And abandoned issue. Facial scars seem shallow. Instead he’s angry about the brain damage. He doesn’t know that Frank was Responsible for his brain damage nor that he was complicit in franks family’s murder. He honestly believes he back as the old Russo. And when Frank confronts him with the skull and Russo has a panic attack where whe remembers the skull was was Frank, this to him. But he can’t remember why….so he adopts a victim mentality like in S1 with Curtis. He honestly doesn’t understand why his best friend nearly killed gave him. Brain damage and emotional support and recover are increasing become major heath insides soon. We having less babies, over years creates scars, he’s incapable of taking responsibility for his actions
