Game of Thrones - Episode 7x4 Full Reaction!

I agree this might be my favorite battle from the entire show too. That shot where Daenerys is riding Drogon just feet over the Dothraki with the music in the background is just amazing. That might be my favorite scene in the entire show. Just so many good shots and payoffs from that scene... so so good.

Thanks!

Oh damn lol, I don't think I've ever heard of TV episodes leaking early before. That's insane

Such a beautiful shot

So many good images from this show that can be used as wallpaper for your laptop. Here's the one I've used for the longest time. Drogon attack: https://imgur.com/Lrrec1U

Yeah, it felt like her attack was filled with so much rage that it clouded her thinking. Absolutely loved so many shots in that battle though.

Another reason Tyrion looked so sad is probably because he's seeing what used to be HIS men being slaughtered. Those soldiers fought to save Tyrion's life in the past. Dickon said he felt that way when he had to fight the Highgarden men.

In my first watch this was also the episode where I thought "having dragons on your side just seems a little unfair" 😂😂😂

Halima

I like that they kinda lingered on the chaos of the battle. Tyrion looking on in horror at the destruction that the dragons cause. Someone else mentioned it but Danaerys burning the food stores and what is presumably fertile land was such a stupid decision, especially since earlier in the episode she mentioned that the Lannisters taking all the food from the Reach means her armies can't eat.

Halima

I've watched dozens of times, too. It wasn't until this reaction that I noticed it.

Arthur Fields

Yea it's basically like having fighter Jets with unlimited amo and no one else having air to air capability of any kind.

Andrew Clifton

That's a very good take. I've seen this whole series 20 something times now bc of reaction videos and idk why I never thought of that. Obviously the quote everyone thinks of in this episode is the one about meeting the Dothraki in an open field but I'm glad you pointed that out. Seems like every time u watch this I learn something I didn't notice before lol.

I remember watching this episode for the first time for so many reasons; not just because of the battle at the end, but because of the excitement that followed: I wanted to know what was going to happen next. Originally, when GoT was airing, they would release the episodes weekly on Sundays. The crazy thing is, is that this episode was accidentally leaked - by HBO Spain, if I recall correctly - a week before it was supposed to be aired. I watched it when it leaked and had to wait two weeks to see the next episode - it was a crazy time.

“Isn’t their survival more important than your pride” Is a mirror of what Jon snow said to Mance rayder

jimmy2k4o .

People often say dragon ar like nukes, I say no, theyre like fighter jets, the scary thing about nuclear weapons is there isn’t even a fictional fantasy equivalent.

jimmy2k4o .

great reaction bro, love this episode.

Brandon Jensen - May the force be with you

This is the first time I actually feared Daenerys' dragons. Seeing Drogon cause so much destruction and seeing what looked like bodies turned to ash, he's like a nuclear weapon. I began to wonder if one woman should have that much power. But I still lover her.

Arthur Fields

Once again, while in the cave, Daenerys repeats Jon's words back at him: Isn't their survival more important than your pride? S5 ep1, Jon to Manse Rayder: Isn't their survival more important than your pride? During the battle when Jaime said to Bronn 'Qyburn's scorpian is over there', all the viewers should've shit their pants. But we didn't realize what that meant until we saw Bronn shoot that weapon. And then we were all afraid Drogan was gonna die.

Arthur Fields

The way Jaime foolishly went charging toward Daenerys and Drogon sort of mirrors something King Robert said in S1 ep3, when he talked about the first person he killed in battle. 'My horse took an arrow, so I was on foot slogging through the mud. He came running at me , this dumb high-born lad, thinking he could end the rebellion with a single swing of his sword.'

Arthur Fields

After this episode one of the most important plot points to me was "Is Bronn going to get more pay?" Dude is seriously underpaid.
